Growing Like Weeds

 We can't slow these babies down from growing! And their little personalities are so sweet. Tipsy continues to be a great mama...even though she is a little board. Big week coming up as these little ones transition to their outside puppy yard!  They will love the space and all the adventures on the horizon.

Little Brown Bears

It's almost as if the puppies transformed overnight into little brown bears! Their eyes are open, and they are so playful with each other, which means the house is getting noisier.  They also started on gruel and like most Labradors when it comes to food, dove right in. One week and growing!!!

Everyone in the box is doing great! Puppies are growing, just the way we like and Tipsy is taking such good care of them and keeping her box nice and tidy. Pretty soon we will start seeing their little eyes peaking through, and that's always a fun milestone!

This is the "after snack scramble".  Tipsy just stood up and they are wondering where mom went!

A Perfect Box of Chocolates!

We are excited to share that the puppies have arrived! Seven perfect drops of chocolate - 3 boys and 4 girls.  We have long nights of "sleeping" on the couch next to the whelping box ahead to ensure that everyone is staying happy and healthy, but who needs sleep when you have seven puppies to snuggle with.  

This is our first all-chocolate litter in several years, so we are thrilled! Tipsy is being a wonderful first time mom...very attentive and careful. Enjoying watching these pups grow up!
